Make sure your children are ready for school with a FREE, brand new backpack - filled with school supplies.
Join ABC30, the United Way of Fresno & Madera Counties, the City of Fresno PARCS Department, Comcast and White & Bright Family Dental at Eaton Plaza in downtown Fresno on Friday, August 12th for the "Movies in the Park - Back to School Night."
We will be giving away FREE backpacks filled with school supplies prior to the screening of our FREE movie, Marvel's "The Avengers: Age of Ultron". Eaton Plaza is located in downtown Fresno on Fresno Street near the Water Tower (between N & O Streets).
Event details
- Wristbands for backpacks will be distributed at 6pm.
- Each child will need a wristband to receive one of the FREE backpacks.
- To receive a wristband, children must be present, accompanied by an adult and between the ages of 5 - 15.
- Wristbands will be given out on a first come, first serve basis (while supplies last).
- Backpack distribution to the children with wristbands will begin at 7:00pm.
- Marvel's "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" will start at dusk (approximately at 8:30pm).
- There will be a very, long lines. Please be courteous and plan for a long wait by bringing water and snacks for your family.
