With the trade deadline fast approaching, the Oakland Athletics and Los Angeles Dodgers pulled off a multi-player deal early Monday afternoon.
The A's sent outfielder Josh Reddick and left-handed pitcher Rich Hill to the Dodgers in deal first reported by Fox Sports
Multiple reports have the Dodgers getting pitching prospects Grant Holmes, Frankie Montas and Jharel Cotton in return.
Reddick was batting .296 with 8 HR and 28 RBI in 68 games for the A's this season. He missed nearly five weeks with a fractured thumb.
Hill, who is 9-3 on the season with a 2.25 ERA, is currently on the 15-day disabled list due to a blister, retroactive to July 20.
