Fresh off his second NBA championship, jocular Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green joined the set of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Wednesday night to share the Larry O'Brien Trophy with host Jimmy Kimmel and touch on a variety of topics, from recruiting Kevin Durant, to his coach Steve Kerr, the championship parade and, of course, his gift for trash talking.
Green doesn't hide his affinity for being the bad guy, telling Kimmel, "I don't mind being a villain. It gives me more energy."
Asked about the key to being a great trash talker, Green didn't pass up the opportunity to stick another jab at Cleveland Cavaliers fans, asking out loud, "Having Cleveland fans booing you because you're under their skin?"
Green went on to talk about how rattled some players in the NBA get by trash talk and how it can torpedo their performance on the court. But asked who gets rattled the most, he kept his cards close to his chest: "I still gotta play in this league," he said with a laugh.
Watch him talk about the art of smack below:
The Warriors' victory tour continues Thursday afternoon with their championship parade through Oakland.
