The much-anticipated Western Conference finals matchup between the Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs is finally here, with the two teams tipping off Sunday at 3:30 p.m. ET in Game 1 of the series (ABC/WatchESPN).
Prior to this year, either the Spurs or Warriors have appeared in the past five Western Conference finals. Sunday marks the first time they'll meet with a trip to the NBA Finals on the line.
The Warriors are unanimously favoredby ESPN's panel of experts. ESPN's Basketball Power Index also likes Golden State, giving the Warriors an 81 percent chance to win the series. But it's tough to imagine San Antonio not putting up a fight.

The Spurs are looking for their sixth NBA title, while the Warriors are in search of their fifth. Golden State is 8-0 to start the playoffs, but the Spurs went 2-1 against Stephen Curry and the Warriors in the regular season.
