OAKLAND, Calif. -- Golden State Warriors guard Patrick McCaw, who has beensidelined for almost two months with lumbosacral bone bruise, plans to return for Game 6 of the Western Conference finals against the Houston Rockets on Saturday, league sources told ESPN.

McCaw suffered the injury in a horrific fall that took place on March 31 in Sacramento. The 6-foot-6 guard was listed as out by the Warriors as recently as Friday but was upgraded to questionable Saturday afternoon.

Golden State, which trails 3-2 in the best-of-seven series, has lacked wing help against the Rockets playing small ball. Andre Iguodala, the team's best perimeter defender, missed Games 4 and 5 with a left lateral leg contusion and is questionable for Game 6.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr has been forced to play Nick Young and Quinn Cook at crucial points in this series.

The 22-year-old McCaw averaged 4.0 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 57 games this season.
