Festival celebrating Salvadorian culture, papusas this weekend in Mendota

MENDOTA, Calif. (KFSN) -- A festival will be held to celebrate Salvadorian cuisine in Mendota this weekend.

On Thursday, Arnulfo Lara, organizer for La Feria de las Papusas, joined Action News in studio to share more about what's in those doughy disks.

The event is happening this Saturday from 10 am to 5pm at Rojas Pierce Park in Mendota.
