Man pleads not guilty to exposing self at Wild Water Adventures
This is not the first time Robert Jack King has been accused of this crime. He pleaded no contest to the same exposure charge 23 years ago.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Robert Jack King pleaded not guilty to charges he acted inappropriately at Wild Water Adventures in June.

This is not the first time he has been accused of this crime. He pleaded no contest to the same exposure charge 23 years ago. Cameras were not allowed to record the arraignment of 52-year-old King. He's accused of touching himself near the wave pool this past summer.

"These are horrendous allegations, and he adamantly denies these allegations," an attorney said in court.

King's attorney said he has not received any evidence yet, but he does not believe there is any surveillance video of the alleged crime.

"We haven't seen the police reports, but from what we've seen on social media, there is absolutely no basis for these allegations," attorney Mark Coleman said. "He's a good man."

But according to court documents obtained by Action News, King pleaded no contest more than two decades ago for the very same crime. Reports reveal he exposed himself at the TJ Maxx in Fresno.

During that case, King signed a waiver acknowledging another subsequent conviction could result in a felony. Coleman said his client is innocent and he had a purpose for being at the water park.

"I'm just early into the case, but I know he was there waiting for his family," he said.

Fresno County sheriff's deputies said several children were nearby and a witness identified him as the man seen in a lounge chair exposing himself.

King's attorney also said his client has lost his job over the current charges. If convicted, he could face up to three years in prison.
