Kevin Musso
Kevin is a full member of the American Meteorological Society and the National Weather Association. He has been awarded the seal of approval from both the AMS and NWA, the only Broadcast Meteorologist in the San Joaquin Valley to attain dual seals.
He has a degree in electronics technology, is an alumnus of Fresno State; completed his meteorological studies at Mississippi State University and Penn State University.
Kevin is a 1979 graduate of Clovis High School and a lifelong resident of the Central Valley. He is a veteran broadcaster of more than three decades. He was first heard on valley radio stations as "Moose in the Morning," a nickname given to him while playing high school football.
Kevin has more than two decades of experience forecasting for the Central Valley and Sierra.
"Besides weather, music is my passion. I have been singing, playing guitar and writing songs since my teenage years. Fly fishing on the Kings River is my favorite pastime."
Kevin visits local classrooms throughout the Central Valley and teaches weather to young kids. Some teachers have built his visits into their regular curriculum.
