As the Creek Fire continues to burn and spread in Fresno and Madera Counties, resources are being made available for those affected by the blaze. Information on evacuation centers, emergency contacts for missing persons and more can be found below. This list will be updated as more resources become available.

  • Note: The Red Cross moved its Oakhurst evacuation center to Mariposa.

  • Note: The Clovis Rodeo Grounds has reached capacity. The shelters for small animals at the Fresno Fairgrounds is now closed.

    Madera County:

    CLEAN WATER



    Residents who've had their water systems damaged by the Creek Fire can pick up free bottled water from the following locations:

  • Bald Mountain Fire Station
  • Pine Ridge Elementary School
  • Shaver Lake Community Center


  • Water can be picked up daily from 9 am to 4 pm. Bathrooms are also available for use.
