The Old Town Clovis favorite say their formula is simple. They use high quality ingredients and make it fresh.

"I think a big part of it is everything is fresh made as soon as you order it. It doesn't go down until you order it," said Justin Glenn, Manager. " So, sometimes it takes a little longer, but it's fresh.
Alec ordered a plate of slider three samplers that came with a small side of chili.
"You can't complain when you have one of everything," Alec said of the burgers.

Meanwhile, Chad tried the 'Dragon Lady' -- a vegetarian option with a portabella mushroom in place of the meat.
"This is like a good vegetarian option that they carry in case you're not a meat eater," Chad said.
He went on to say, "The Central Valley is like a perfect place to get a fresh burger. We have all the produce coming from the Valley, we have ranchers with cattle, and it's all farm to table."
