Events
- 10 a.m. (Judging at 11 a.m.): "Arleen B. Owen Legacy Pie" Contest - In honor of an amazing woman and 71-year Big Fresno Fair Home Arts entrant, who especially loved pies, Arleen B. Owen.
- 2 p.m. - 6 p.m: Beer & Wine Fest - From inside the horse racing track, sip on beer and wine from more than a dozen craft breweries and wineries, live music, food trucks, lawn games and of course, wager on horse races from private betting stations. Tickets cost $25 for Event Only and $7 for Designated Drivers. Attendees must be 21 or older. All
proceeds go to support the Fresno County Historical Museum. - All day: Jr. Livestock Auctions - This annual competition is the culmination of a year's worth of work for agriculture students who select, purchase, feed and groom livestock to be judged, graded and sold at the Fair both Saturdays of the Fair.
- 7:00 pm: Mariachi Divas De Cindy Shea - Paul Paul Theater - Founded in 1999 by musical director and trumpet player Cindy Shea, Mariachi Divas is an all-female ensemble that continues to expand the scope of mariachi music. The group specializes in providing professional mariachi music for commercials, television, and film recordings, as well as performing daily at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts in Anaheim, California as the official mariachi of Disney California. Tickets start at $10.

- Adults: $15
- Children 6-12: $8
- Children 5 and under: FREE
- Seniors 62 and over: $8
- Active military with I.D.: $8
Savings
If you plan to visit the fair every day, you can pick up a $40 season pass at any O'Reilly Auto Parts store. You can get $3 off general admission and $2 kids, seniors and military admission; and $7 off a Unlimited Carnival Ride Wristband at Save Mart or FoodMaxx stores.

Catch the horse racing action at the Big Fresno Fair this weekend from Oct. 4- 6. Race starting times are currently set for 1:45 pm and are subject to change.
