FRESNO, California (KFSN) -- On March 2, 2002, Jerry Tarkanian coached his final regular season game for Fresno State.
The Bulldogs lost to Hawaii 82-79 at Selland Arena to finish the season 19-15. Two weeks later, Tarkanian stepped down as Fresno State Men's Basketball Coach.

Thirteen years later, "Tark the Shark" passed away in Las Vegas at the age of 84.
