Naan Flatbread two ways
Pea and Pesto Naan Flatbread

Pea & Pesto Naan Flatbread



- 1 large piece Naan Bread



- 1 cup peas



Pesto



- 6 slices fresh Buffalo Mozzarella



- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese



- salt & pepper



- Garnish: Fresh Basil



Preheat oven to 400



1. Heat the peas in a microwave-safe bowl. Using the back of a fork, smash the peas. Layer onto the Naan bread.



2. Add on the slices of mozzarella cheese and a few dollops of pesto.



3. Bake for 8 minutes until cheese melts & bread is golden brown.



4. Garnish with fresh basil & cut into bite-size pieces.



Baked Brie & Cranberry Naan



- 1 large piece Naan Bread



- Triple Cream Brie Wedge, 4oz



- Cranberry Sauce



- Fresh Rosemary



1. Preheat oven to 375



2. Spread brie in an even layer to cover the bread. Spoon on a layer of cranberry sauce



3. Bake for 8 minutes until brie melts.



4. Garnish with fresh rosemary.





Cut into bite size pieces & enjoy!
