FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- It's the first weekend of March and it's jam-packed. Whether you want to get home renovation ideas or spend time with your little ones, there's an event for you.

FRESNO HOME AND GARDEN SHOW

If you are looking to remodel your home or just get ideas, head to the Fresno Home and Garden Show.

Over 500 companies will be set up ready to help you.

It's happening Friday through Sunday.

Tickets are $10.

MONSTER JAM

Monster Jam is coming to the Savemart Center weekend with their Triple Threat Series.

World-class athletes are going to tear up the dirt in Monster Jam trucks, speedsters, and ATVs.

They compete head-to-head for points in challenging Racing and Freestyle events testing their agility, speed, and versatility.

Tickets start at $20.

FROGS AND FAIRYTALES

Princesses and knights are invited to Fresno Chaffee Zoo's most enchanting event, Frogs and Fairytales.

Come dressed as your favorite fairytale character. Costumes are encouraged, but not required and learn about your amphibian friends.

They'll decorate cookies, take photos, and of course, meet frogs and reptiles. Kissing is optional!

CHINESE NEW YEAR PARADE

Celebrate the Chinese New Year with a parade.

This year marks the 20th Chinatown Chinese New Year Parade.

It starts at 10 am on Saturday. They will have several vendors until about 4 in the afternoon.
