Family identifies teens killed in Fresno County crash
Police say 17-year-old Merrick Asher and 15-year-old Mason Asher were in a Pontiac sedan with two other people when the car failed to yield at a stop sign.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Family members have identified the two teenagers who died in a car crash Saturday night in Fresno County.



Police say 17-year-old Merrick Asher and 15-year-old Mason Asher were in a Pontiac sedan with two other people when the car failed to yield at a stop sign at West Lincoln Avenue and Henderson Road, southwest of Fresno.



They crossed right in front of a Chevrolet pickup truck where a family of three was inside.



Merric and Asher were both in the front of the car.



The other two passengers, plus a little boy in the truck, were taken to the hospital.



The crash is still under investigation.



The family of the victims have set up a GoFundMe account to help with funeral expenses here.
