Kingsburg sees spike in vandalism at park facilities

KINGSBURG, Calif. (KFSN) -- The city of Kingsburg is reporting an increase in vandalism cases.

Officials say public restrooms and park facilities are being damaged.

Now, city leaders are taking action to curb the crime.

Park restrooms across the city will now be closed on weekdays.

Police say the acts of vandalism could be linked to social media challenges popular among younger people.
