SAN FRANCISCO -- Lady Gaga is known for her show-stopping style, and she definitely didn't disappoint at the 2020 VMAs. The "Rain On Me" singer showed up in an eye-catching line up of face masks, including one with giant buffalo horns.
San Francisco-based designer Lance Victor Moore created the iconic leather covering from ethically-sourced bone and leather, thus making Gaga fashion history.
She also wore one of Lance's silver masks as a crown headpiece that evening. Even before COVID-19, Moore was designing statement couture masks with everything from studs to spikes. When he received the call to create for Lady Gaga, Moore dropped everything, drove out to Los Angeles, and delivered his work to one of his favorite musical artists.
