Homicide investigated in Tulare County community of Plainview

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Tulare County Sheriff's Office is investigating a homicide in the rural community of Plainview.

Deputies said they responded to Avenue 195 near Cairns Avenue around 6 p.m. Friday and found a man who suffered a fatal gunshot wound.

Investigators said the victim, identified as Juan Ochoa Ibarra, 34, of Plainview, and an unknown male were involved in an argument.

So far, no arrests have been made.
