Two shootins
Police are looking for a similar car in two shootins in Fresno.

FRESNO, Calif. -- Police are investigating a shooting that happened around 8 p.m. in Central Fresno and another at 10 p.m. on Tuesday in northwest Fresno.

Around 10 p.m., Officers say a young man was riding his bike near Sugar Pine and Alluvial when a blue car pulled up, possibly Nissan Altima, and officers say the driver made a comment before shooting the victim.

The victim was taken to Community Regional Medical Center and is expected to be okay.

Police don't know why the victim was shot and don't believe he knew the suspect.

Police say a similar car is also wanted in connection with a drive-by shooting just before 8 p.m. Tuesday at Tyler and Bond in Central Fresno. A man in his 40s was pushing a bicycle when he was shot in the arm. He is expected to survive.

Officials say the drive-by appears to be a targeted attack, but it's unclear if the man who was hit was the intended victim.
