Critics say VP Joe Biden was getting 'handsy' with new defense secretary's wife

Vice President Joe Biden, while known for being a close-talker, is being skewered on social media after photos and video reveal him getting a bit close with the new Defense Secretary's wife.

During the swearing in of the newly appointed Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter on Tuesday, Feb. 17, cameras captured Biden getting close with Carter's wife, Stephanie, as he seemingly whispered into her ear during the ceremony.

Immediately, critics from all over began attacking this behavior as inappropriate etiquette of his office, accusing Biden of sexual harassment. Here are some of the responses:
