FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The motorcyclist who was involved in a car crash in central Fresno Sunday afternoon has died.
Fresno Police say the crash happened on Cedar and Cornell avenues just before 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
Officers say a motorcyclist, now identified as 34-year-old Timothy Wells, was traveling north on Cedar when he crashed into the passenger side of a Dodge Magnum.
The crash pushed the Dodge into another car that was leaving the Fresno County library parking lot onto Cedar.
A man in the passenger seat of the Dodge was injured and Wells was seriously hurt. Both were taken to the hospital where Wells later died.
Investigators say he was wearing a helmet when the crash happened. Drugs and or alcohol are not suspected in the crash.
