Suspect arrested after standoff ends in Fresno County neighborhood: FCSO

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is in custody after an hours-long stand-off with the Fresno County Sheriff's Office over the weekend.

Investigators say 40-year-old Estevan Marez shot at a woman inside a home near Jackson and Yale Avenues on Saturday.

No one was injured, and deputies were unable to locate Marez.

On Sunday, detectives returned to the home and found Marez with a handgun and arrested him.

He is facing various firearm charges.

His bail is set at $120,000.
