Pedestrian hit by car on Shaw near Palm

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police are investigating a crash involving a car and a pedestrian.

The accident happened near Shaw and Palm on Tuesday morning. Authorities have not released many details about what led to the crash. One lane of eastbound Shaw Avenue was closed near Harrison for a few hours.

The condition of both the driver and pedestrian is not known.
