Tulare County food bank teaching people how to prepare healthy meals
EXETER, Calif. (KFSN) -- A lot of us live busy lives, and sometimes our healthy eating habits are put on the back burner. That's why food bank, FoodLink of Tulare County is showing people how to meal prep.
For 39 years, FoodLink said they have stood by their unwavering belief that food is a basic human right. They distribute millions of healthy meals every year and are on the forefront of new approaches to ending hunger and poverty through nutrition education and food system change.
